Part of a study project for HKU, I teamed up with some friends to conceptualise and design a playable demo version of a game in 4 weeks. I was responsible for all technical art and gameplay programming in Unity C#. I quickly came up with the idea of a 2.5D game with 3D lighting mixed with pixel art graphics. to make this blend in, our Pixel Artists created normal maps for each sprite sheet so I could accurately light the characters on a 2D plane. I also created some VFX for game feel and player feedback
