Drum & Bass artist SANO asked me to create cover artwork and promotional animation for his latest release. His idea consisted of having a 3D model of his iconic earpiece, resembling a sword, mixed with a cross. he wanted to have this animated with some logo branding. i have decided to add chains as this is consistent with his branding. I played a .3D animation and rendering in UE5, Post edit in After Effects. I wanted this to feel snappy so I played with Speed Ramps in UE5's sequencer to dilate the time scale for impactful moments.
