I was approached by the Agency to create animation and graphic design content for this new release. The artists sent me some mood-board impressions, which compelled me to try out a new stylistic direction and approach to making graphic design, heavily blending 2D and 3D animation elements. I composited the rock from photoscanned assets, and retextured a regular hand model to give it depth. Painted plants onto the object in Unreal Engine, and created custom shaders for the crystals. The rock visuals were rendered with Alpha layer, so I could easily blend them with 2D text elements.
